Our Return Policy

All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels. because of the personal nature of our products, they may only be returned is there is an error or defect in material or manufacturing. if so  so any reason you may and have the right to return the product to within 30 days of the receipt for a refund, replacement or store credit. All returns must come back to us in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt.

our return policy is easy and hassle free. simply email our team at Jroyal.candles@gmail.com or on website under contact us to get an RMA number. We will reimburse the shipping cost for items within error or defect in material or manufacturing.

if your replacement is in stock it will take within 2 to 3 weeks to reach you.

our privacy policy

jroyalcandles respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. we may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site, such as email when you sign up to become a member and cookies.  We also automatically receive and recorded information on our logs from your browser, such as when you visit our site and ip address as this is how we keep track of our website traffic and anyone who inters our website. We will not sell sell your personal information to anyone as we believe our customs should protect.

All customer information is and will remain confidential. We will sometimes email our clients about sale items offered by us, if you do not wish to receive these emails, please let us know by emailing us at jroyal.candles@gmail.com.

our Security policy 

your payment and personal information are always safe. our secure sockets layer (ssl) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. it encrypts all of personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Custom candles policy 

All custom candle orders need to be placed 2 to 3 weeks in advance.  please allow 2 to 10 days for shipping. if custom candle orders are at last minute time frame or needed in short timing may result in an $40 rush fee.  a rush fee of 80 for orders needed within 24 -48 hours.  if by any chance our team fails to meet our deadline, we will refund you in full. as we believe that communication is key to avoid fees, we asked that if changes of any kind or if date needs to be rushed or pushed back, we ask that you contact our team here at jroyal candles at jroyal.candles@gmail.com.
